Jennifer Gray serves as the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at DEFCON AI, where she plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Prior to joining DEFCON AI, she spent three years at Northrop Grumman, serving as Chief of Staff to the Corporate Chief Technology Officer, where she supported enterprise-wide innovation and technology strategy.

With over two decades of experience across diverse sectors, Jennifer has held a variety of leadership roles while navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of being a military spouse for 21 years. Her adaptability and breadth of experience have shaped her into a dynamic and resilient leader.

Jennifer holds a degree from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family in Arlington, Virginia.
