Ryan Oxford

Deputy VP of Engineering

Ryan Oxford is the Deputy VP of Engineering at DECON AI. He was previously in civil service and was an employee for U.S. Transportation Command serving as the Enterprise Configuration Manager and IT Asset Lifecycle Manager for the organization. Prior to entering civil service, Mr. Oxford served as a Captain in the United States Army. His initial position was a Field Artillery Officer where he served as a Fire Direction Officer, Platoon Leader, Operations Officer, and a Liaison Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Following this, he transitioned to the Army Signal Corps and served as a battalion Communications Officer.

Mr. Oxford holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and a Master’s degree in IT Management from Webster University.
