Jacqueline Hurley

Head of Operations

Jacqui Hurley is the Head of Operations at DEFCON AI and at its parent company, Red Cell Partners. Prior to joining Red Cell in May 2022, Jacqui was with SAIC for 22 years. For the last six years, as a Senior Director in the Defense and Civilian Sector as the Program Manager for the U.S. Department of State Vanguard contract, the largest awarded at the time at $2.4B. She was responsible for managing more than 900 people with an annual budget over $200 million. Throughout her career at SAIC, she has held numerous positions leading teams focused on service delivery, operations, project management, and cybersecurity. Before working on the Vanguard program, Hurley was the deputy program manager for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., providing IT operations and maintenance and IT security services, and was the program manager for a U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command program, overseeing ashore operations support services for the command's IT enterprise. She has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2005, and is also ITIL Foundation, TBM Executive Foundation, Network+, and Security+ certified. Hurley holds a MBA from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America.
