Ian Bennett is the Technical Writer at DEFCON AI. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Bennett was a Technical Writer in healthcare IT for 6 years between Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC Technology, and Gainwell Technologies. He has worked on technical documentation and training initiatives for MMIS projects in Arkansas, Kansas, and Massachusetts. Mr. Bennett has also been an adjunct instructor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR), where he taught first-year writing courses and Writing for Business and Government.

He has an MA and BA in Professional and Technical Writing from UALR.
